Thank you for choosing PraveshShakya. This Refund & Returns Policy explains our approach to refunds, returns, technical issues, and support for our Freight Forwarding & Import-Export course. Please read the entire policy before purchasing.

1. Course & Product Scope

All materials related to the Freight Forwarding / Import-Export course on praveshshakya.com are digital in nature. These include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-recorded online video lessons
  • Downloadable resources (Word templates, Excel spreadsheets, checklists, sample documents)
  • Private, login-based membership area and course portal access
  • Supplementary guides, templates, and any future course updates delivered digitally

Once access to any of these materials is granted, the product is considered used and generally cannot be returned.

2. No Refund / Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access after purchase, all sales are final unless an exception is explicitly stated below. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "I changed my decision"
  • Accidental purchases (please contact support immediately - see below)
  • Lack of use or not having time to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction with course outcome or expectations (we encourage you to review previews and FAQs before purchase)
  • Claims of not achieving business results - course materials are educational and outcomes depend on implementation

3. Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Considered)

Refunds are rare but may be considered under limited circumstances and at our discretion. Examples include:

  • Duplicate payment clearly charged more than once for the same order.
  • Fraudulent charges verified by the payment processor (chargeback situations require coordination with us).
  • A material failure to provide access to paid content that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Technical Issues & Access Problems

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the course. If you experience technical problems (login failures, broken videos, missing downloads, playback errors), please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Include your order number, registered email, a short description of the problem, device/browser used, and screenshots or video if possible.
  • We will respond and attempt to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible.

Please note: technical difficulties alone are not automatically grounds for a refund. We will first attempt to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy (re-issue access, provide alternate download, or extend access) where feasible.

5. Refund Request Process

If you wish to request a refund or report an issue that you feel warrants a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include in your message: full name, order ID or purchase receipt, email used for purchase, reason for the request, and supporting evidence (screenshots, dates, correspondence).
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and begin an internal review.
  4. Our review may include verifying payment, attempting technical remediation, and checking for duplicate charges.
  5. If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process it via the original payment method. Processing time for returned funds depends on payment processor/bank (typically 2-5 business days after approval).
Important: Submitting a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may slow resolution. If a chargeback is initiated, we may require additional verification and the final decision may depend on the payment provider's investigation.

6. Cancellation & Membership Termination

If your purchase included a recurring membership or subscription component, you may cancel future recurring charges at any time by following the cancellation instructions in your account or by emailing support at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior payments, except as described under "Exceptions".

7. Course Changes, Updates & Content Removal

We may update or improve course content over time. When we provide updates, those are included for students who already have access unless otherwise stated. In rare cases where a course or module is removed permanently, we will notify affected students and provide a remedy (access to equivalent content or a pro-rated credit) at our discretion.

8. Privacy & Security

Any personal information you share when requesting support or a refund will be used to verify identity, investigate the issue, and communicate outcomes. We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy available on the website.
